Relevant upgrade and regrade options would be highlighted, with pricing tailored to each customer’s existing Sky subscription.

A dedicated ‘My Offers’ section would be introduced within the Sky Shop on both Sky Q and Sky+ platforms, consolidating all subscription and hardware-related promotions in one accessible location.
